Samantha brings extensive experience in office administration, customer service, and operational support. Prior to joining DSW, Samantha held a variety of administrative and operational roles supporting organizations in education and healthcare. Through those experiences, she developed expertise in process improvement, records management, customer relations, and technology support. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating efficient systems that help teams work more effectively.

Raised in Tucson, Samantha is proud to be part of the local community and contribute to the city she has called home since childhood. Outside of work, she enjoys creative projects, exploring new technology, gaming, and spending time with her pets. She is always looking for opportunities to combine creativity, organization, and practical problem-solving.
