Monica Humbles, CCIM, CPM®
Director of Property Management
Monica brings more than 25 years of real estate management experience across retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties, including development. A graduate of the University of Arizona, she has built her career on delivering strong operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships.
She currently serves as President of the Southern Arizona Chapter of IREM and as a Board Member for the Metropolitan Pima Alliance, reflecting her commitment to advancing the industry and the local community.
Outside of work, Monica is an animal advocate and sports enthusiast.
He joined the DSW team in 2022 from a background in residential construction and maintenance.
